Marta Rodríguez Castro
Predoctoral researcher in the Novos Medios Group of the Department of Communication Sciences at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) thanks to a University Teacher Training contract from the Ministry of Universities (FPU16/05234). She holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the USC and a Master's degree in Applied Media Research from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Her main lines of research are public service media, from the perspective of their regulation, funding and public value, European communication policies and the structure of digital platforms. She has carried out research stays at the Center for Media, Data and Society of the Central European University (Budapest) and at the Hans-Bredow-Institut (Hamburg).

Francisco Paniagua is a lecturer in the Department of Journalism at the University of Malaga, where he teaches communication and corporate strategies and business models in the media. His main lines of research focus on the credibility of the media and social media in tourist destinations.
He has published more than 40 articles on journalism, credibility and social media in different impact magazines. He has been Director of Communication at the Universidad Internacional de Andalucía (2011-2014) and the Federación Andaluza de Municipios y Provincias (2000-2003).
He is the coordinator of the "Strategic and Organisational Communication" section of the Spanish Association of Communication Researchers.
